摘要 针对汽车零部件循环取货入厂物流模式,提出了基于循环取货的汽车零部件入厂物流能力,主要由基础综合能力、信息综合能力、柔性综合能力、管理运作能力和服务质量能力等五个方面的能力构成,并建立了详细的物流能力评价指标体系。运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立了基于循环取货的汽车零部件入厂物流能力评价模型。以某3PL企业实施的循环取货为例,对其物流能力进行了评估分析。 For the auto parts Milk-run inbound logistics mode, the auto parts inbound logistics capability based on Milk-run is proposed, which mainly include five aspects: basic ability, information ability, flexible ability, management ability and service quality capability. The evaluation indexes in detail is provided. Auto parts inbound logistics capability evaluation model based on Milk-run is established by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model is applied in a 3PL enterprise, to evaluate its logistics capacity.
