ITO刻蚀废液中NO_3^-的还原方法探讨

摘要 对NO-3的还原做了初步探讨,结果表明铜和过氧化氢可以对其还原,其中用过氧化氢作还原剂生成产物是水,对环境友好无污染。硝酸根离子的浓度采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,实验表明该方法快速简便、准确度高、精密度好。 Discussing the reduction of nitrite ion, the results show that hydrogen peroxide and Cu can re- store nitric acid. When H2O2 is used as reductant, the product is water and there is no pollution to the en- vironment. The method for determination of nitrate ion concentration with UV detection. This method pro- vides a convenient, accuracy and good precision for determination of the concentration of nitrate ion.
