摘要
结合黄河水体含沙量大、生物量较低的特点,对现有的淡水藻类监测技术进行研究并加以改进。通过一定时期在黄河小浪底库区开展藻类监测与研究工作,确立了在多泥沙河流水库上开展淡水藻类监测的试验步骤与方法,使之满足黄河特殊条件下的藻类定量监测工作。
Combining the characteristics of high sediment concentration and low biomass in the Yellow River,this paper studied and improved the current algae monitoring technology. Based on the experiences of algae monitoring in the Xiaolangdi Reservoir area for a long time,this paper estab-lished the experimental procedures and methods for algae monitoring in high sediment laden reservoirs,which could meet the needs of algae quanti-tative monitoring under the special conditions of the Yellow River.
