摘要
《金匮要略》中方剂组方简洁、配伍严密,用药精当,全书方剂中药对,可分为相互协同作用药物配伍和相互制约作用药物配伍两大类,相反药物配伍,较相辅药物配伍更为复杂,故文章拟对相反相成配伍关系作一探讨,通过分析相反相成的配对药物,计有升降、补泻、燥滋、散收、寒热、峻缓、刚柔、动静等九项。从此九项来探讨《金匮要略》方剂,揭示其组配规律,丰富中医药对的理论,使其更好地指导临床应用。
Drug pair is an important factor of formula compatibility. The formulae of Golden Chamber were composed both simply and logically. Herb pairs of Golden Chamber can be subdivided into the matched and opposed characteristic drug pairs. The thesis only studies the opposed compatibility, because they are more complicated. Analyzing the opposed characteristic drug pairs of formula of this book reveal compatibility principle according to the ancient reference data in this paper. They must be subdivided into nine groups such as up and down, reinforcing and reducing, dry and moisture, disperse and absorb, cold and heat, harmful and harmless,rigid and soft,dynamic and static, Yin and Yang to reach the same result. These data can provide instructions for theory research and clinic application of Chinese Medicine.
