摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析现代针灸治疗心绞痛的经穴使用特点和规律。方法:采用手工检索及计算机检索相结合的方法收集1979—2011年针灸治疗心绞痛的临床文献,建立心绞痛现代针灸临床文献数据库,采用数据挖掘技术进行分析,统计筛选出现代针灸治疗心绞痛常用的经脉、腧穴及特定穴,并分析这些经穴使用的潜在规律。结果:现代针灸治疗心绞痛以心包经选用频次最高,其次为膀胱经与任脉。从针灸治疗心绞痛的腧穴运用频次统计来看,阴经使用最为频繁,阳经的选穴主要集中在膀胱经及胃经;穴位使用频次最高的为内关穴,心俞及膻中次之。从特定穴选用的类别看,特定穴的选用占有绝对优势,如络穴、八脉交会穴、五输穴的使用居前列。结论:特定穴的选取及特定穴之间的配伍是针灸治疗心绞痛的主要处方原则。
Objective ： To analyze the usage characteristics and principle of meridians and acupoints selected for modern angina pectoris＇ acu-moxibustion treatment by data-mining. Methods：The clinical literatures from 1979 to 2011 about angina pectoris treatment were collected by using combination of the manual retrieval and computer retrieval method;the modern acupuncture clinical literature database of angina peetoris was established, using data mining technology to census and sieve the commonly used meridians, acupuncture points and specific acupoints for modern angina pectoris treatment and analyzing the potential principle of these meridians and acupuncture points. Results ： The pericardium meridian was mostly selected for modern acupuncture treatment of angina pectoris ,followed by urinary bladder meridian and Ren meridian. The statistics of acupuncture points＇ usage frequency on angina pectoris showed that yin meridians were used most frequently while yang meridians＇ use mainly focused on bladder meridian and stomach meridian;and for the acupoints, Neiguan point was used most, followed by heart-Shu point and Danzhong. From the selected category of specific acupoints, the specific acupoints take up absolute superiority, for example, Luo-eonneeting points, eight confluent points of extra meridians, five Shu points were in the front row. Conclusion ： The selection and the compatibility of specific points are main prescription principle of angina pectoris.
