疟疾的免疫效应机制研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 本文介绍了疟原虫红前期和红内期抗原免疫研究的最新进展。红前期的免疫主要由CD8^+T细胞介导,涉及IFN-γ,NO,IL-12和NK细胞的参与。对不同的宿主和不同的疟原虫来讲,红内期的免疫主要由抗体介导,有Th细胞、NO和γδT细胞参与。本文还概述了红前期和红内期候选疫苗研究的进展,特别是有关采用异源物预处理/加强免疫的研制红前期疫苗的对策,以及MSP1作为红内期候选疫苗分子的研究进展。
