种植体支抗局部骨密度的回顾性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究种植体支抗稳定性与局部骨密度之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析2008~2012年来我科进行正畸治疗的男性患者186名,年龄18~25周岁,同时因支抗控制需要均在双侧上颌第二双尖牙和第一磨牙区植入相同型号的微种植钉,预备2月后利用负载加力,2个月后复诊时单纯左侧松动者7名,双侧松动者11名,随机选择未松动者40名,分别编为A、B、C组,经双能x线骨密度仪测定种植钉周围0.5cm。区域的骨密度,并进行统计学分析。结果:经单因素方差分析,各组左右侧骨密度值存在差异无统计学意义,再将A、B、C各组左右侧数据合并,两两进行比较分析,其中A组与B组骨密度值存在差异无统计学意义,但与C组比较其差异均存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:局部骨密度是影响种植体支抗稳定性的重要因素,可以作为是否选择种植体支抗的重要参考指标。 Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the stability of implant anchorage and the local bone density (BD). Methods: 186 male patients (ages: 18-25), who received the treatment of implant anchorage between the year of 2008 and 2012, were enrolled into the analysis. The micro implants with same size were implanted in the regions of second premolars and the first molars in the maxillary. The load was applied after two months and 7 patients were found with implant loose at the left side, llpatients with implants loose at bilateral sides and 40 patients without implants loose. These patients were marked as group A, B and C, respectively. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) was used to analyze the BD around the implants within the area of 0.5 cm2 and the statistical analyses were performed with a significant level of 0.05. Results: There was no statistical significance for the BD between left side and right side within each group. After combining the BD of left side and right side, there was no statistical significance between group A and B. However, significant differences were found between group A and C and between group B and C (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The local BD which remarkably influences the stability of implant anchorage can be regarded as an important element for choosing implant anchorage.
