光动力联合阿维A治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效 被引量:14

The Clinical Efficacy of 5% 5-Aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Combined with Acitretin Capsules in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Acne

摘要 目的探讨5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合阿维A治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取90例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为3组:阿维A组、光动力组和光动力联合阿维A组,共治疗4周,在治疗后2,4,8周进行疗效评价,治疗结束后3个月随访评估复发情况。结果治疗后8周阿维A组有效率为53.57%、光动力组为80.65%、联合组为96.77%,联合组有效率均高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外联合组复发率明显低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力与阿维A联合治疗中、重度痤疮疗效好,优于单用疗法。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic combined with acitretin capsules in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods Ninety patients with moder- ate to severe ache were randomly distributed into three groups :acitretin capsules therapy group, photodynamic therapy group and combination therapy group. The treatment had continued four weeks, and the efficiency was evaluated after 2,4 and 8 weeks since the initial treatment, and recurrence was evaluated after 3 months since the end of treatment. Results The efficiency of the three groups were respectively 53.57% ,80.65% and 96.77% after 8 weeks. The efficiency was higher and the recurrence rate was lower of 5% 5-aminolevu- linie acid photodynamic therapy combined with acitretin capsules group than the other groups ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic combined with aeitretin capsules treatment is an effec- tive and safe therapy than the other monotherapy in the treatment of moderate to severe ache.
