摘要
目的探讨5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合阿维A治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取90例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为3组:阿维A组、光动力组和光动力联合阿维A组,共治疗4周,在治疗后2,4,8周进行疗效评价,治疗结束后3个月随访评估复发情况。结果治疗后8周阿维A组有效率为53.57%、光动力组为80.65%、联合组为96.77%,联合组有效率均高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外联合组复发率明显低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力与阿维A联合治疗中、重度痤疮疗效好,优于单用疗法。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic combined with acitretin capsules in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods Ninety patients with moder- ate to severe ache were randomly distributed into three groups ：acitretin capsules therapy group, photodynamic therapy group and combination therapy group. The treatment had continued four weeks, and the efficiency was evaluated after 2,4 and 8 weeks since the initial treatment, and recurrence was evaluated after 3 months since the end of treatment. Results The efficiency of the three groups were respectively 53.57% ,80.65% and 96.77% after 8 weeks. The efficiency was higher and the recurrence rate was lower of 5% 5-aminolevu- linie acid photodynamic therapy combined with acitretin capsules group than the other groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic combined with aeitretin capsules treatment is an effec- tive and safe therapy than the other monotherapy in the treatment of moderate to severe ache.
