高效液相色谱法测定利奈唑胺的血药浓度 被引量:4

摘要 目的 建立一种新的人血浆中利奈唑胺的HPLC测定方法.方法 采用奥卡西平为内标,甲醇沉淀蛋白,色谱柱(Waters C18柱,3.9×150 mm,4 μm),流动相:甲醇-水(40:60,v/v);检测波长:254 nm;流速0.5 ml/min;柱温30℃;进样量30 μl.结果 利奈唑胺在0.5~40 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,最低定量限为0.5 mg/L,平均相对回收率为(104.6±0.5)%(n=15).日内、日间精密度的RSD分别为<3.8%,<9.1%.结论 该法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于利奈唑胺临床血药浓度的监测.
