摘要
鹿茸是名贵的动物性药材,在贮藏时极易发生霉变和虫害。本文进行了鹿茸γ射线杀虫灭菌研究。经2.5×10~3Gy剂量辐照,可将100%的害虫杀死,99.9%以上的杂菌杀灭。对17种氨基酸和部分脂肪酸分析,证明成份无明显地变化。用猫进行毒性效价试验,证明辐照处理不降低鹿茸的内在质量。同时对鹿肾和鹿尾也做了辐射杀虫灭菌部分试验。
Pilose antler is a kind of animal medicine and easy destroied byinsects. In this paper, radiation to sterilize the pilose antler was carried out the processby means of γ-rays. The results illustrate that, the survival rates of insects andmolds are roughly zero and 0.1% respectively under 2.5×10~3Gy γ-rays. There arenot any remarkable changes of 17 sorts of amino acids and fatty acids. Toxicity testfor the radiated pilose antler was also carried out. Therefor, the quality of piloseantler has not been influenced by irradiation.
