摘要
使用表面改性PP纤维制作了纤维水泥复合材料,研究了其耐磨性能,并进行了磨损表面形态观察.测试表明,改性PP纤维的加入确实能改善材料的耐磨性能.由表面形态观察得出,耐磨性能增强的机理主要是纤维对水泥裂缝的搭接作用和纤维从水泥基体中剥离时消耗了摩擦功.
Modified polypropylene fiber reinforced cement composites were investigated in their abrasion resistance and surface morphologic observation. The test results show that the addition of fiber could improve composite's abrasion resistance. The bonding and friction of fibers/cement are the main contribution to abrasion resistance improvement, which can be seen from the surface morphologic observation.
