摘要
采用XRD,DTATG和IR光谱等现代测试手段,系统探讨了3CA·SrSO4的形成、热稳定性以及掺杂TiO2对3CA·SrSO4固溶情况的影响,得出了3CA·SrSO4矿物的烧成制度.结果表明:纯的3CA·SrSO4在1450°C以下不存在分解反应,而只出现少量熔融;掺杂TiO2后,熟料以3CA·SrSO4与钙钛矿形式存在,TiO2的固溶量为0.79%~1.10%,属有限固溶体.
The formation temperature and stability of 3CA\5SrSO 4 at high temperature as well as the effect of dope of TiO 2 have been studied by using powder XRD,DTA TG,and IR spectrum. The best burning system was acquired.The results showed that before 1 450 °C, 3CA\5SrSO 4 has no decomposition reactions,but small melt occurred.The amount of TiO 2 in 3CA\5SrSO 4 by replacement of Al 2O 3 is 0.79% ~1.10% in mass, the main compounds are 3CA\5SrSO 4, CaTiO 3.
