摘要
文章以白腐真菌(Hyprocrea lixii AH)作为脱硫微生物,先通过单因素试验确定对脱硫过程影响较为显著的因素.再通过正交试验对脱硫条件进一步优化,结果表明煤粒度0.125~0.25mm,煤浆浓度10%,菌种接种量15%,pH =6.0的条件下脱硫效果最好,脱硫率能达到33.7%,因素主次关系为煤粒大小>煤浆浓度>pH值>菌接种量.
Based on the Hyprocrealixii AH as the desulfurized microbe, firstly with a single factor experiment conducted, the obvious factors affected to the desulfurization process were found. Then the orthogonal experiment was applied to further optimization of the desulfurization conditions. The results showed that under the conditions of the coal particle size ranging from 0. 125 -0. 25mm, coal slurry density of 10%, strain inoeulum quantity of 15% , the desulfurization results would be best, the desulfurization rate could be 33.7% and the primary and secondary relation of the factor would be coal particle size 〉 coal slurry density 〉 pH value 〉 inoeulum quantity.
