厚煤层小窑复采区放顶煤开采矿压显现规律研究 被引量:2

Study on Mine Strata Pressure Behavior Law of Top Coal Caving Mining in Thick Seam Secondary Mining Block of Previous Small Mine

摘要 为了研究厚煤层小窑复采区放顶煤开采时矿压显现规律以及原上分层采空区内残留煤体对下分层工作面造成的影响,运用有限差分数值计算软件FLAC3D对毛则渠煤炭有限公司小窑复采区的应力及能量分布规律进行了模拟分析,并进行了现场矿压实测。结果表明,残留煤体会对当前回采工作面造成不规则的影响,其影响范围与残留煤体位置有关,影响的主要方式为应力集中,数值模拟的结果与矿压资料所表现出的规律基本类似,其结果验证了工阻值的大小与上分层异常结构的紧密联系。文章为该矿及类似条件小窑复采区矿井工作面安全高效开采提供了依据。 In order to study the mine strata pressure behavior law of the top coal caving mining in the thick seam secondary mining of the small mine and the residual seam of the top slice seam in the mining goal influenced to the coal mining face in the bottom slice seam, a finite difference numerical calculation software FLAC3D was applied to the simulation analysis on the stress and energy distribution law of the secondary mining block in the small mine of Maozequ Mine and a site mine strata pressure measurement was conducted. The results showed that the residual coal would cause irregular influences to the present coal mining face and the influence scope related to the location of the residual coal. The main mode of the influence was the stress concentration. The numerical simulation results and the law showed by the mine strata pressure information were basic similar to each other and the results showed that there was a close relationship between the working resistance value and the top slice abnormal structure. The paper provided the basis to the safety and high efficient mining of the coal mining face in the secondary mining block under the similar conditions as well as for the mine.
