摘要
采用微波烧结及常压烧结两种工艺,分别对ZTA陶瓷的力学性能和摩擦性能进行了测试比较,简单分析了影响ZTA陶瓷摩擦性能的主要因素.法向载荷的增加使ZTA陶瓷的摩擦因数下降,磨损量增加;而微波烧结使ZTA陶瓷的烧结温度降低,致密度提高,抗弯强度提高,摩擦因数增大,磨损量减小.
The mechnical and frictional properties of ZTA ceramics prepared by microwave sintering and conventional sintering processings were measured. The main aspects which affects the frictional properties were analysed. Increase of normal loadings lead to lower friction coefficient and higher rubbing loss. Compared with conventional sintering processing, microwave sintering could improve the properties of ZTA ceramics, ZTA ceramics sintered by microwave at 1 450~1 600°C has larger density(the relative density up to 99% over 1 550°C) more homogeneous and smaller grain size(average grain size approximates 2 μm), which is useful for increasing bending strength, friction coefficient and decreasing rubbing loss.
