摘要 通过顶板岩石的力学特性分析、深孔预裂爆破切顶的数值模拟分析和工程应用,对深孔预裂爆破提高综放孤岛面初采期间煤炭采出率进行系统的研究,研究表明,综放孤岛面顶板采用深孔预裂爆破技术,工作面初次来压步距缩短了9.6m,顶煤回收率提高了14.38%,实现了综放孤岛面的安全高效开采。 With an analysis on the mechanics features of the roof strata, an analysis on the numerical simulation of the pre - fracturing blasting with the deep boreholes for the roof cutting and the engineering application, a systematic study was conducted on the pre - fracturing blasting with the deep boreholes to improve the coal mining rate at the initial mining period of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in the seam island. The study showed that after the pre - fracturing blasting technology applied to the roof of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in the seam island, the distance of the initial roof weighting in the coal mining face was reduced with 9. 6m, the top coal recovery rate was improved by ld. 38% and a safety and high efficient mining of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in the seam island was realized.
