摘要
用表面强化剂对普通混凝土表面进行了强化处理.经处理后,混凝土耐磨性提高2~3倍.骨料性质影响表面强化效果.混凝土耐磨性与混凝土表面硬度有一定相关性.金属骨科强化剂表面处理后的混凝土的耐磨性还与磨损方式有关.表面强化机理是表面强化剂吸收基底混凝土泌水,在表面形成低水灰比、强耐磨骨料砂浆面层.
Concrete surface was strengthened with strengthener, by which a low m w / m c paste, hardened aggregate concrete layer was formed. The abrasion resistance of strengthened concrete is 2~3 times higher than that of control concrete and could be related to the property of aggregate. The abrasion type has some influence on metal aggregate strengthener and other kind of aggregate strengthener. Abrasion resistance of concrete is related to surface hardness roughly.
