单纯皮内变态反应和比较变态反应在奶牛结核病检测中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 通过对常用的单纯颈部皮内变态反应(SICT)、比较变态反应(SICCT)检测方法的比较,分析不同检测方法的优缺点,为临床应用提供依据。本试验对某奶牛场205头奶牛进行SICT和SICCT检测。结果显示205头牛中,进口牛型PPD和国产牛型PPD的SICT阳性牛符合数为8头,阳性符合率为69.57%(8/11.5);进口牛型PPD的SICT和SICCT两者之间的阳性符合数为3头,阳性符合率为46.15%(3/6.5);国产牛型PPD的SICT和SICCT两者之间的阳性符合数为1头,阳性符合率为14.29%(1/7)。结论表明,SICT具有较高的阳性检出率,敏感性较高;与SICT相比,SICCT具有较好的特异性。 Single Intradermal Cervical Tuberculin (SICT) and Single Intradermal Comparative Cervical Tuberculin (SICCT) were compared in the cattle for detection of bovine tuberculosis. In these 205 cattle tested with SICT and SICCT, 8 cattle were proved to be positive both in Chinese and Holland bovine PPD SICT with a coincidence rate of 69.57%(8/11.5) ; and 3 cattle were proved to be positive both in SICT and SICCT of bovine PPD of Holland with a coincidence rate of 46.15%(3/6.5) ; and 1 cattle was proved to be positive both in SICT and SICCT of bovine PPD of China with a coincidence rate of 14.29%(1/7). There-fore, we have demonstrated that SICT had high positive reaction, but low specificity, while SICCT had better specificity versus SICT.
