摘要
肝衰竭、肾衰竭、成人呼吸窘迫症、心力衰竭、急性肺损伤、内皮细胞功能衰竭以及脑损伤等是临床常见的危急重症,此类疾病多伴有血流动力学不稳定、器官低灌注等病理生理改变。体外循环血液净化技术是近年来救治上述危急重症患者的重要方法。该文针对体外循环血液净化新技术的作用原理、作用方式、应用类型,以及其对危急重症患者营养支持、药物治疗、调节酸碱平衡等治疗中的作用和意义进行分析,并通过查阅相关文献、综合目前国内外资料,总结体外循环血液净化技术的发展前景和应用意义。
Liver failure, renal failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome, heart failure, acute lung inju- ry, endothelial cell dysfunction, as well as brain injury are the coummn and severe diseases of clinical emer- gency,which are often associated with pathophysiological changes such as hemodynamie unstableness and organ hypopedusion. Extracorporeal blood purification treatment is an important and critical method for res- cue the patients in recent years. Here is to analyze the action principle, mode of action,type of application of the new technique for extracorporeal blood purification, as well as its role and significance for critical nutri- tional support, medications, and regulation of acid-base balance. Through reference of the relevant literature and the comprehensive information at home and abroad, the prospect and application significance of the extracorporeal blood purification are also summarized.
