载脂蛋白A5基因多态性与血脂代谢的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between the ApoA5 and Triglyceride Metabolism

摘要 载脂蛋白A5(apoA5)是载脂蛋白家族的新成员,其参与调节血脂代谢,是迄今为止所发现对血浆三酰甘油(TG)水平影响最明显的生理因子之一。动物实验和人体研究均发现,apoA5及其基因多态性与TG代谢及血脂代谢性疾病密切相关。对于apoA5基因结构的多态性、功能及调控机制的研究已成为心血管疾病病理机制研究的新热点。 Being a novel apolipoprotein, apo|ipoprotein A5 (apoA5)plays an important role in triglyeer- ide(TG) metabolism,which might be one of the remarkable factors regulating the level of plasma TG discov- ered so far. Studies in animal and human found that apoA5 gene and its po|ymorphisms exhibited very strong associations with the pathway of TG metabolism and related metabolic diseases. The study of polymorphisms in apoA5 gene,as well as the action and its mechanism has become the new hot point of the pathogcnesis of cardiovascular diseases. Here is to make a review of the genetic variants in the apoA5 gene and its effect on the lipid metabolism.
