摘要
森林消防车使用特殊,为了更好地研究其车架性能,需要对车架进行载荷谱的采集。介绍了在林区实际道路上消防车载荷谱的采集过程,利用Matlab对采集信号的有效性进行了检验,分析了信号的频谱特征,并进行滤波、去噪等处理,最后基于雨流计数法对载荷谱进行了一定的分析处理。对载荷谱的分析处理可为后续软件模拟仿真及车架疲劳可靠性分析提供有效数据。
Due to the Special application of a forest fire-fighting vehicle, in order to better study the properties of the frame, it is necessary to acquire the load spectrum of the frame. The acquisition process of the load spectrum on the forest road in the forest area is introduced and Matlab is used to inspect the effectiveness of the acquired signals, analyze their spectral characteristics and conduct filtering and denoising treatment. Finally, certain analysis of load spectrum is made with the rain-flow counting method. The analysis and treatment of load spectrum can provide effective data for subsequent software simulation and frame fatigue reliability analysis.
