摘要
以两端固支的内空圆管为研究对象,采用数值仿真的方法,对圆管在不同位置经低速横向冲击的变形响应进行研究.首先,通过试验数据验证了仿真模型的正确性;其次,对试验参数进行无量纲化处理,通过碰撞力变形曲线定量地研究了圆管受低速横向冲击的变形历程,分析了不同冲击能量、冲击位置圆管变形模态的变化规律,得到了圆管变形的碰撞力阈值及能量分配规律,为该类问题的理论分析及工程应用提供了有益的参考.
This paper focuses on the fully clamped circular tubes deformation response under low speed trans- verse impact load acting on different positions. First of all, the simulation model is validated by test data from other paper. Secondly, the deformation process is investigated quantitatively through the collision force de- formation curve; and under different impact energies impact locations the pipe deformation regularities are an- alyzed by dimensionless method. Meanwhile, the pipe deformation of impact force threshold and energy distri- bution regularity is obtained. This article provides a beneficial reference for the theoretical analysis and engi- neering application of circular tubes under low speed transverse impact.
