摘要
对中国石化洛阳分公司延迟焦化装置的能耗进行了分析,并对其进行了相应的节能改造。改造后装置运行结果表明,将加热炉空气预热器的传热列管数量增加1倍,同时新增8个含氧体积分数检测点,加热炉热效率可由91.3%提高到93.6%,能耗(以标准油计,下同)由15.27 kg/t降至15.19 kg/t。停运干气脱硫单元的贫液缓冲罐和胺液提升泵,可降低能耗0.09 kg/t。将旋流除油器从系统中切除,并将倒水系统的冷焦水泵和空气冷却器完全停运,可降低能耗0.04 kg/t。将循环水串联使用,能耗则由1.21 kg/t降至0.91 kg/t。采用冷凝水替代除氧水进入蒸汽发生器,装置能耗由0.54 kg/t降至0.33 kg/t。
Energy consumption in a delayed co- king unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company, SIN- OPEC, was analyzed, and the corresponding energy - saving retrofit was carried out. The results of industrial operation showed that the tube array in the air preheater of heating furnace was increased 1 time in number, and 8 monitoring points for oxygen volume fraction were added, so that heating furnace thermal efficiency was improved from 91.3% to 93.6%, and energy consumption decreased from 15.27 kg/t to 15.19 kg/t. The poor liquid buffer tank and amine liquid pump were shut down to re-duce energy consumption by 0.09 kg/t. The deoiling hydrocyclone was removed from the system, and all the cold coke water pump and air cooler in water system were shut down to reduce energy consump- tion by 0.04 kg/t. Through using circulating water in series, energy consumption decreased from 1.21 kg/t to 0.91 kg/t. The deoxygenated water was replaced by condensate water for steam generator, so that energy consumption decreased from 0.54 kg/t to 0.33 kg/t.
