摘要
研究了国产CS-1-G聚丙烯催化剂配合使用XY-D 50外给电子体在丙烯聚合中的应用情况,并与美国Dow化学公司生产的SHAC 320催化剂及ADT 5500外给电子体进行了对比。经小试、中试及工业应用表明,CS-1-G型催化剂性能与SHAC 320相当;前者生产的聚合物细粉质量分数略低于后者;由二者生产的聚合物表观密度均保持在0.40 g/cm3左右。
The application of home- made cata- lyst CS - 1 - G and external electron donor XY - D 50 in propylene polymerization was investigated,and the comparison was conducted with catalyst SHAC 320 and external electron donor ADT 5500 produced by Dow Chemical Company (US). The results of bench -scale test, pilot test and industrial application showed that catalyst CS -1 -G was similar to SHAC 320 in catalytic performance. The content of fine pow- der in CS - 1 - G based polymer was slightly lower than in SHAC 320 based polymer, and both of them had the apparent density of 0.40 g/cm^3 or so.
