不动管柱喷射压裂技术在张强低渗油藏的应用研究

摘要 张强油田为低渗油藏,部分开发井的日产水平低,急需压裂改造以提高产能。但由于其射孔层段跨度大且较连续,不具备多封多层压裂条件。为此,开展了不动管柱喷射压裂技术的研究与应用。该技术具有定点压裂改造、自动封隔、不动管柱一次分压多段的优点。根据储层特点,研究应用了清洁压裂液,并进行了压裂方案的优化设计,以期提高压裂效果。不动管柱喷射压裂技术实现了分段压裂,降低了施工风险,缩短了施工周期,现场实践证明增产效果显著。 The level of daily production of parts of the development wells that belong to the Zhang Qiang oilfield which is the low permeability reservoir is low.They are badly in need of fracturing to improve productivity.But because of the large span and continuation of the perforated intervals.They do not have the condition to seal and fracture many different layers.So we carry on the research and application of the technology that is without moving the string to fracture.This technique has the advantages that are designated fracturing,automatic sealing and without moving the string to fracture different layers.At the same time,in order to improve the effect of the fracturing and according to the reservoir characteristics,we research and apply the technology of clean fracturing fluid.The fracturing technology of without moving strings make the purpose to improve many different layers at the same time come ture and reduce the construction risk,After we carried on the field application,the effect of the increasing production is obvious.
