摘要
目的:针对现有DR设备缺乏便携性、不便使用,或能够便携使用但透视范围较小等性能缺陷进行研究。方法:采用线阵X线探测器进行一维扫描和在此基础上的微扫描(复合扫描)完成透视成像。结果:复合扫描成像DR扫描范围可达1 200 mm×600 mm,图像分辨率不低于640×480,携带质量不大于20 kg。结论:复合扫描成像DR便携性能好,扫描范围宽,图像分辨率和临床应用价值高。
Objective To conquer the deficiencies of the existing DR in portability,fluoroscopy range and etc.MethodsOne-dimension scanning was performed with linear array X-ray detector,and micro scanning was then carried out to complete the compounding imaging.Results The portable DR had a scanning range of 1 200 mm ×600 mm,an image resolution of 640×480 and a weight not more than 20 kg.Conclusion The portable DR behaves well in portability,scanning range and image resolution,and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
