侧面辐照条件下丙烯酰胺光聚合工艺优化 被引量:1

Process Optimization for the Photopolymerization of Acrylamide Under Side Irradiation

摘要 采用了光引发聚合技术合成PAM,运用正交设计和均匀设计方法,使用数学统计软件SPSS处理实验数据,考察了光照强度、反应容器内径、转速和反应时间等因素对聚合物溶液黏度的影响。结果表明,最优化聚合条件为:光照强度0.15 mW/cm2,反应容器内径36 mm,转速10 r/min,聚合时间2 h。合成PAM相对分子质量(简称分子量,下同)在2 000万以上。 In this paper, PAM was synthesized by photo-initiated polymerization. The methods of orthogonal design and uniform design were employed to optimize polymerization conditions, and the experimental data were processed by the mathematical analysis software SPSS. The effects of light intensity, the inner diameter of reaction vessel, rotation speed and reaction time on the polymer solution viscosity were explored. The results show that the optimum polymerization conditions were as follows: light intensity was 0. 15 mW/cm2, the inner diameter of reaction vessel was about 36 mm, rotation speed was 10 r/min, and polyreaction was 2 h. The relative molecular weight of the obtained PAM was more than 20 million.
