Design on electric control system of explosion-proof diesel powered overhead monorail locomotive

摘要 对煤矿井下用防爆柴油机单轨吊机车的电控系统进行了设计。基于PLC控制技术,实现了对防爆柴油机、液压系统以及机车的温度、压力、车速、转速、爬坡角度等的监测和自动报警以及对机车的控制。电控系统的设计还包括自动灭火和视频监控两个独立单元,实现了对机车的保护和行车时的安全监控。 The electric control system of the explosion-proof diesel powered overhead monorail locomotive was designed in the paper. Based on PLC control technology, the monitoring and automatic alarming of explosiOn-proof diesel, hydraulic system and locomotive temperature, pressure, velocity, rotary velocity of diesel, climbing angle of locomotive as well as the controlling of locomotive could be achieved. In addition, the design of the electric control systerfi included two independent units which were the automatic fire extinguishing unit and video monitoring unit, which were used to protect the locomotive and monitor the safety of moving locomotive.
