固体超强碱催化剂用于甘油合成环氧氯丙烷的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对以甘油为原料环合反应生产环氧氯丙烷过程中所采用的催化剂进行了研究.采用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同种类的固体超强碱催化剂,并考察了这些催化剂的组分配比、焙烧温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响.其中对于组分为BaK/γ-Al2O3固体超强碱催化剂,在焙烧温度为600℃、nBa∶nK∶nAl=4∶1∶10,反应温度为125℃时其催化活性最高,并采用气相色谱分析法对产品进行表征,测得1,3DCH转化率和ECH收率可达到80.03%和74.30%.同时采用红外光谱、CO2-TPD谱图、BET比表面和表面碱强度等分析手段对催化剂的性能进行了表征. The catalysts used in the production of epichlorohydrin from glycerol, were researched in this paper. The different types of solid superbase catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method. The influences of the catalysts of different sorts and calcination temperature were investigated on the catalytic performance of these catalysts. The optimum conditions of the reaction were described as follows, when the group of sol- id superbase catalyst was BaK/T-Alz Oa, calcinations temperature of catalyst was 600 *C, na~ z nK z n~ ~ 4 z 1 : 10, the reaction temperature was 125 "C, the conversion rate of 1,3DCH and the yield of ECH can each reach 80.03% and 74.30%. As the same time, the activity of the catalysts were characterized using the methods of infrared spectroscopy, CO2-TPD profiles, BET surface area and surface base strength.
