摘要
学界对社会资本的界定一直没有统一,一方面社会资本成为社会科学研究领域的万能药,另一方面一些学者对社会资本是否存在产生了质疑。本文在分析经典社会资本界定的基础上,提出社会资本新的和更一般的界定,即主体间默契性合约,并在新定义下分析了社会资本的运行机制,包括微观运行机理、从微观合约到宏观规则的运行机理、与正式制度的相互影响运行机理三个部分,并据此形成了一个新的理论解释框架。
Academia has been no uniform definition of social capital. On the one hand, the social capital has become Panacea for the field of social science research. On the other hand, some scholars have questioned the existence of social capital. In this paper, based on the analysis of the classical social capital, we put for- ward to a new and more general definition： the tacit contract of subjects. Based on the new definition, we a- nalysis the operating mechanism of the social capital： Micro - operation mechanism; the mechanism running from micro the contract to macro rules; the interaction running mechanism with the formal system. Accordingly a new theoretical framework has been constituted.
