摘要
大学生的就业问题在一段时间内仍是我国社会的一个难题。针对工科学生的就业问题,充分利用高校和企业两方面的资源优势,创新校企合作模式已是大势所趋。探讨校企联合对于高校和企业的"双赢"作用,提出实现校企联合的有效途径,充分利用高校和企业两种资源,达到优势互补,对于提高工科大学生职前素质技能、实现人才培养目标、促进大学生充分就业,具有重要的现实意义。
The undergraduates＇ employment is still a difficult problem in our society. As to the employment problem of engineer- ing students, it is the trend of the times to make full use of resource advantages between college and enterprise, and to renovate the mode of school-enterprise coalition. This efforts to probe into the ＂win-win＂ effect of school-enterprise coalition, to come up with the effective ways of school-enterprise coalition, to make full use of the resource between college and enterprise, and to reach com- plementary to each other are very important for engineering students to improve the quality and skills before employment, to realize the aim of persounel training, to promote students＇ full employment, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
