摘要
随着大学生思想政治工作的不断推进,越来越多的年轻人加入到高校辅导员这个队伍。作为新任辅导员,只有自觉主动地寻找自身差距,调整心态,转换思路,才能少走弯路,提高工作效率,更好更快地适应工作岗位。
With the development of college Ideological and political work, more and more young people join the ranks of college counselors. A new counselor must consciously take the initiative to find their own gap, adjust state of mind and change their ideas, in order to avoid detours and improve work efficiency, to adapt to the job better and faster.
