摘要
随着我国高速公路养护管理工作逐步发展,在高速公路养护成本管理中出现了各种问题,加强高速公路养护成本管理可以进一步提高高速公路经济效益。在梳理高速公路养护成本组成及现状的基础上,分别从系统观点、全成本观点、精细化管理等角度分析高速公路养护成本的控制措施,做到养护管理更科学、高效、高质量、低成本,并提高我国高速公路养护管理水平,使我国高速公路能更好地为居民出行服务。
Expressway maintenance management gradually developed, various problems appear in expressway maintenance cost management, by strengthening which the expressway economic benefits can further improve. On the basis of the cost composition and the current situation of expressway maintenance, respectively from the systematic point of view, the whole cost point of view, fine management perspective and so on, analyzing the cost control measures of expressway maintenance, to achieve more scientific, more efficient, high quality, low cost, and to improve expressway maintenance management level of our country, so that make our country expressway can better give service to the resident trip.
