摘要
观察转化糖电解质注射液(海斯维)与7种临床常用药物配伍的稳定性,结果发现:海斯维与多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液(易必生)及注射用炎琥宁有浑浊现象产生;与血必净注射液有絮状物生成;与多种微量元素注射液(安达美)、头孢曲松钠他唑巴坦钠(优他能)及门冬氨酸鸟氨酸(瑞甘)分别混合后溶液的颜色逐步加深。在临床上不可将海斯维与多烯磷脂酰胆碱、炎琥宁、血必净注射液一起配伍使用,也不建议与多种微量元素注射液、头孢曲松钠他唑巴坦钠及门冬氨酸鸟氨酸配伍使用;建议临床上不宜将海斯维代替氯化钠和葡萄糖溶媒来使用,应单独使用。
This article is to analyze the compatibility of Multiple Electrolytes Injection (MEI) and 7 kinds of drugs for offering useful references.It was instable (turbidity or precipitates appeared) in the composition of MEI and polyene phosphatidylcholine (Yibisheng (TR)),yanhuning or xuebijing.The color of the mixed solution composed of MEI and multi-trace elements injection (Andamei (TR)),ceftriaxone sodium and tazobactam sodium (youtaneng(TR)) or ornithine aspartate (Ruigan(TR)) darkened gradually.The solution of MEI should not be mixed with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine,Yanhuning or Xuebijing,and should avoid being mixed with multi-trace elements injection,ceftriaxone sodium and tazobactam sodium or ornithine aspartate.So we recommend that MEI should not replace sodium chloride or glucose injection as a solvent to be used.which should be used alone clinically.
