摘要
"办好开放大学"是我国教育体制改革中的一件大事。从2010年提出"办好开放大学"到2012年一批"开放大学"相继成立,历时3年时间。思想是行动的先导。研究人员在"开放大学"相关研究上的探索,可成为管理人员在制定开放大学建设规划、实施建设工作的重要参考。学术期刊是研究人员发表最新学术观点的主阵地,期刊论文是科研成果的主要且及时的呈现方式,是科研工作的结晶,从期刊论文的计量分析角度在一定程度上可以描述"开放大学"研究现状,包括"谁在做研究"和"做了什么研究"两大方面,并在此基础上对"开放大学"研究走向提出建议。
＂Establishment and construction of the open university＂ is a major reform of the education system in China. During the three years from the proposal of ＂establishment and construction of the open university＂ in 2010 to 2012, a number of open universities have been established in China. Idea is the guide of action. Exploration and research on the open university by researchers may become an important refer- ence for managers to formulate construction plan and implement the construction work of the open univer- sity. The academic journals are the main front for researchers to publish the latest academic point of view. Journal papers are the ways of timely presentation of scientific research achievements and the crystallization of scientific research work. The current situation of research on the open university, in a certain extent, can be described from the perspective of quantitative analysis of journal papers, including ＂who do the re- searches＂ and ＂what researches have been done＂, based on the result of which the research direction of the open university is brought forward.
