摘要
根据国内外有关植物双生病毒伴随分子的报道,总结了begomoviruses伴随分子DNAβ、DNA1和缺陷型小分子DNA的基因组结构特点、基因功能、与辅助病毒和寄主植物的互作以及应用等方面的研究现况,指出存在问题并加以讨论,最后分析了植物病毒伴随分子的研究前景。
According to the reports about the molecules associated with plant begomoviruses, this text reviewed all the research on the DNAβ, DNA1 and Defective DNAs, such as genomic structure characteristics, genomic function, the interaction with the helper virus and plant and their application. The problems were also pointed out and discussed and the future study was analyzed finally.
