摘要
为研究重金属Pb-Cd复合胁迫下花卉抗氧化酶系统的响应,测定不同Pb-Cd浓度处理下3种草本花卉凤仙花、孔雀草和矮翠菊POD、CAT和SOD活性的变化。结果表明:在Pb-Cd处理浓度较低时,3种草本花卉的3种酶活性随着处理浓度的升高而升高,当处理浓度达到某一临界值时,随处理浓度的升高而降低,表现对花卉的毒害作用,随着Pb-Cd浓度的升高,这种毒害作用逐步加深。从3种草本花卉的3种酶的综合变化来看,3种酶的活性为凤仙花最高,孔雀草其次,矮翠菊最低。
In order to study the response of flowers antioxidant enzyme system to the heavy metal Pb-Cd composite stress, the author determined that the POD, CAT and SOD activity changes of different three species of herbaceous flowers garden balsam, peacock grass and short China aster under different Pb-Cd concentration. The results showed that: under lower concentration Pb-Cd treatment, three kinds of enzyme activity of three kinds of herbaceous flowers increased with treatment concentration increases. When the concentration reached a critical value, it decreased with the concentration increase. The flowers performance was poisoned. The toxic deepened step by step with Pb-Cd concentration increases. Comprehensive to see from the three enzymes change of the three species of herbaceous flowers, three kinds of enzyme activity of garden balsam were highest, peacock grass second, short China aster minimum.
