工业换热设备的能效评价意义及方法 被引量:6

摘要 本文从节能角度,阐述了换热器能效评价的意义;根据换热器的用途,将其分为工艺换热器和辅助换热器,以此为基础,介绍影响换热器能效的主要因素;从我国目前对换热器能效评价的现状出发,提出热力学参数法一用传递有效度方法适合目前的技术水平现状,并简要介绍了该方法的原理和应用。本文的研究,希望对我国换热器能效评级工作有所帮助。 For the aspect of energy saving, the significance of energy validity for heat exchanger was elaborated. According to the usage, the heat exchanger was classified to main heat exchanger and secondary heat exchanger. Based on the classification, the major factors affecting energy validity for heat exchanger were introduced, and the common methods of evaluating heat exchanger effectiveness were reviewed. In the light of the present state of our country, the thermodynamic variable method-exergy transfer effectiveness was considered suitable to present technology level, and the principle and applications of the method was profiled. The results will help rating heat exchanger.
