响应面法优化亚麻籽粕木脂素的超声酶解提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Extraction of Lignans by Ultrasonic and Compounded-cellulase from Cake of Flax Seed with Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以脱脂脱胶亚麻饼粕为原料,旨在研究纤维素酶解-超声波辅助对其有效成分木脂素提取效果的影响,试验采用响应面分析法确定了酶解亚麻粕,辅助超声波提取木脂素的数学模型,探讨了加酶量、酶解时间、超声时间和固液比等参数对提取效果的影响,根据该模型进行工艺参数优化。结果表明最佳条件为:酶解时间122 min、加酶量为2.96%、超声时间为13.5 min,固液比为1︰89(g/mL)时,木脂素得率达到8.178 13%。结果表明,与常规提取方法相比,超声波辅助纤维素酶解法显著提高了木脂素的得率,缩短了提取时间。 With the unfatted and degumming flaxseed cake as raw material, study the effect on extraction of lignans by the cellulose and ultrasonic-assisted extraction processing. On the basis of single-factor, the extraction condition was optimization through Box-Benhnken design and response surface methodology, and the mathematical regress model was established about extraction rate. According to this model, the optimum extraction condition was determined as follows: the enzyme dosage of 2.96%, the time of 122 rain, the ultrasonic time of 13.5 min, the solid-liquid ratio 1 : 89 (g/mL), and the extraction rate of lignans is 8.178 13%. The result showed that compared to solvent extraction method, yield of flaxseed lignin was improved significantly and the extract time was greatly reduced.
