摘要
以完成多型导弹性能检测任务为目的,按照标准化、通用化、模块化设计思想,采用基于VXI总线的技术方案构建导弹综合检测系统;在给出系统硬件构成的基础上,描述了系统的软件设计和实现技术,综合运用软、硬件技术,实现参数测量、数据采集、故障诊断等功能,达到对导弹性能全面检测与评估的效果;验证结果表明,该检测系统具有操作简单、扩展性强、运行稳定可靠等特点,电流、电压等参数测量误差小于±2%,检测准确率大于99%,满足多型导弹批量检测、维护的需求。
In order to accomplish missile performance test, the comprehensive test system based on VXI bus is constructed, according to the design idea of standardization, generalization and modularization. After giving the structure of hardware, the system software design and realization technology are described. The system which applies software and hardware comprehensively can realize such functions as parame ter test, data acquisition, fault diagnosis, and so on, which achieves purpose to test and evaluate missile performance comprehensively. The validation results show the system has the characteristics of simple operation, strong extension, high stabilization and reliability, parameters such as current, voltage error is less than 2%, the detection accuracy is greater than 99%, and satisfies the requirements of batch test and maintenance for multi type missile.
