摘要
法律规则是极为重要的法律现象 ,几乎所有的法学家都注重对其进行分析、注释 ,西方法学的三大流派基本上都是在不同角度围绕规则展开论述的。因而可以认为 ,法律规则是法学的核心范畴。
Legal rule is a very important phenomenon of law.Almost all the lawyers paid much attention to its analysis and interpretation.Doctrines of the three main schools of western law are established basically on the description of rules in different respect. The refor,it might be conceived that legal rule is the core of the concept of law.
