摘要
我国高校图书馆目前正处在由传统的管理模式向现代管理模式转变的时期,高等院校图书馆的改革也迫在眉睫,而改革的关键应该在于管理。分析了烟台大学图书馆发展的基本导向,就管理方式提出了一些对策。
University libraries in China is being in a period of transforming from the traditional management style into the modem management style, the reform of university libraries is extremely urgent, and the key of the reform should be in the management. This paper analyzes the basic guide for the development of the library of Yantai University, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures for the management style.
