摘要
以中厚板辊底式常化炉为研究对象,建立了炉内钢板热处理过程的物理模型和数学模型,并利用"黑匣子板温跟踪实验"对所建立的数学模型进行了验证。对比分析结果表明,模型计算误差在3%内,可用于生产中热处理工艺制度的计算分析。分析了钢板在低温热处理过程中温度场随时间的变化规律,所做工作对炉温制度的制定及优化有一定的参考价值。
The mathemafical model is presented for a miler-heat treatment fumace which is heated by radiant tube and the model was testified by "black box experiment".The contrast analysis result indicates that modeling errors is within 3%,which provides a effective tool for analyzing heating rule of heat treatment.Analyzed the changing law of the steel plate temperature field following time in the process of low temperature heat treatment.To some extent,the research was worthy for the establishment and optimization of heating process rule.
