摘要
介绍了一种应用于YB517盒外透明纸包装机上的新型转向装置。此装置的原设计是为了将烟包从输入通道传送至包装通道。文中在原转向装置的行星齿轮机构中增加一组过渡齿轮,并相应计算齿轮齿数和中心距,使得烟包在输送到包装通道的过程中转向180°,满足了客户的个性化需求。
A new type of turning device applied on YB517 cellophaner is introduced. The original device is designed to convey the cigarette pack from the input channel to the packing channel. In this case, a group of transmission gears were added into the planetary gear mechanism of the turning device, and correspondingly, the number of gear teeth and the center distance of the gears were recalculated. By this way, the pack will make a 180°turn while it＇s conveyed to the packing channel, which fulfills the individual needs of the customers.
