摘要
基于包装输送装置对分件供送螺杆的功能要求,选择三段组合式变距螺杆作为研究对象,对螺杆的运动规律进行了分析,给出了三段组合式变螺距螺旋线的数学方程,利用Pro/E建立了变距螺杆的数学模型,并采用CAM软件进行了仿真加工。
Based un the function requirements of the supplying serew packaging conveying device, three segments combined with variable pitch screw are selected as the research object. Law of screw motion, mathematical equatiunsof three section combination variable pitch helix were given. The mathematical model of variable pitch screw is built with Pro/E, simulalion processing is carried out baed on CAM software.
