摘要
从中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据、Pubmed检索近年关于针灸治疗颈椎病研究的相关文献,对近年针灸治疗颈椎病的研究概况进行综合分析和评述。针灸治疗颈椎病多针对不同分型辨证、辨经施治,临床除用常规毫针外,还配合电针、穴位注射、灸法、耳针、火针、腕踝针等多种手段,对颈型、神经根型、椎动脉型、交感神经型疗效好。针灸可以消除水肿、消炎止痛、解除肌肉痉挛、减轻对神经的刺激和压迫,故对于改善疼痛、麻木等症状效果显著。存在的主要问题:疗效评定标准不统一,缺乏远期随访;临床研究样本量较小等。建议今后严谨科研设计,加大样本量,体现中医辨证施治的精髓。
The articles related to the intervention on cervical spondylosis （CS） with acupuncture - moxibustion were searched in CNKI, WANFANG DATA and Pubmed in recent years so as to make a comprehensive analysis and comment on this situation. The result was that acupuncture - moxibustion combined with electroacupunc- ture, point injection, auriculotherapy, fire needle, etc had been applied to treat CS, and had achieved good clinical effect in some kinds of CS, such as cervical type CS, nerve - root type CS, vertebral artery type CS and sympathetic type CS. Acupuncture - moxibustion could remove edema, anti - inflammatory, relieve muscle spasms and alleviate the stimulation of nerve. Therefore, it has been applied in the treatment of the CS in clinic more and more widely . The main problems of this therapy are there are no universalstandards for the efficacy appraisal;the course is different;most researches are limited to recent curative effects ; the sample sizes of most clinical study are small. Suggestions are that we can improve the future research level, and increase the sample sizes, and reflect syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
