摘要 目的:研究二膦酸盐对强直性脊柱炎继发骨质疏松患者血清骨代谢指标、骨密度及多项基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的影响。方法:选取我院2009年10月~2012年12月收治的46例强直性脊柱炎继发骨质疏松患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规治疗组,23例)和观察组(二膦酸盐组,23例),比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后3、6个月血清骨代谢指标、骨密度指标及MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13水平。结果:观察组治疗后3、6个月时的血清骨代谢指标改善均优于对照组,骨质疏松率低于对照组,骨密度高于对照组,血清MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13水平也均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:二膦酸盐对强直性脊柱炎继发骨质疏松患者血清骨代谢指标、骨密度及多项MMP的影响较为明显,对于此类疾病患者的应用价值较高。 Objective. To study the influence of bisphosphonates on serum bone metabolism inde- xes, bone mineral density and various MMP of patients with osteoporosis caused by ankylosing spondylitis. Methods..A total of 46 patients with osteoporosis caused by ankylosing spondylitis admitted in our hospital from October 2009 to December 2012 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group (routine treatment group)and observation group(bisphosphonates group)by half. Serum bone metabolism indexes,bone mineral density indexes and MMP-2, MMP-9, MMP-13 of two groups before the treatment and at third and sixth month after the treatment were compared. Results.The serum bone metabolism in- dexes of observation group at third and sixth month after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control group,osteoporosis rate were significantly lower than those of control group, bone mineral density were significantly higher than those of control group,serum MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-13 were significantly lower than those of control group too (all P^0.05). Oonclusion. Bisphosphonates has great effect on the serum bone metabolism indexes, bone mineral density and various MMP of patients with oste- oporosis caused by ankylosing spondylitis,so it is valuable in clinical application.
