摘要
目的：探讨神经生长因子对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者神经功能及多项红细胞指数的影响。方法：选取2011年6月～2013年3月我院收治的70例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（常规治疗组，35例）和观察组（常规治疗加神经生长因子组，35例），比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后1、4周的胃电参数、红细胞电泳、刚性及聚集指数。结果：观察组治疗后1、4周的胃电参数均优于对照组，红细胞电泳、刚性及聚集指数也均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：神经生长因子对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者神经功能及多项红细胞指数的影响较大，具有临床应用价值。
Objective： To investigate the influence of nerve growth factor on nerve function and va- rious erythrocyte indexes of patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Methods：A total of 70 patients with dia- betic gastroparesis in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment group）and observation group （routine treat- ment and nerve growth factor group）by half. Gastric electrical parameters, erythrocyte electrophoresis, rigid and aggregation index of two groups before the treatment and at first and forth week after the treat- ment were compared. Results： The gastric electrical parameters of observation group at first and forth week after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control group, erythrocyte electrophore- sis, rigid and aggregation index were all significantly lower than those of control group too （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nerve growth factor has great effect on the nerve function and various erythrocyte indexes of patients with diabetic gastroparesis,and it is valuable in clinical application.
