摘要
目的 为了观察抗癫痫药物的疗效与血浓度的关系。方法 用抑制免疫速率散射比浊法测定了5 5例癫痫病人的苯妥因钠、鲁米那、卡马西平的药物血浓度 ,男 36例 ,女 19例 ,癫痫大发作 40例 ,颞叶癫痫 15例。结果 单用药物的血浆浓度有效率达 73.3% ,合并用药有效率达 6 3.9%。结论 该方法快速、敏感、简便对癫痫的治疗提供了可靠的实验室数据 ,本研究提示在癫痫治疗过程中进行治疗药物监测是非常必要的。
Objective To observe the relationship between the effectiveness and serum concentration of anti convulsants in epileptic patients. Method Serum concentration of dilantin, luminal and tegretol were determined in 55 epilepsy patients. There were 36 males and 19 females, 40 with generalized tonicolonic seizure (GTCS), 15 with complex partial seizure. The serum concentrations of these three drugs were measured by rate nephelometic inhibition immunoassay. Results The effective rate of 73.3% patients with a single drug and 63.9% patients with combination of drugs were corresponding to the serum concentration.Conclusion This method is rapid, sensitive and simple, and provides good monitoring during the course of treatment.
