摘要
目的了解角蛋白在翼状胬肉上皮细胞的表达。方法应用免疫荧光组织化学染色法检测8例翼状胬肉上皮细胞角蛋白家族的表达,并与4例正常人对比。结果在正常结膜上皮,K8,K10,K16染色极弱或阴性,K14及AE3仅在基底层染色阳性;在翼状胬肉上皮,K8,K14,K16及AE3为全层表达,K10在上皮的部分表层细胞中表达。结论翼状胬肉上皮细胞异常表达角蛋白家族,提示其上皮细胞处于增生活跃状态并出现角化现象。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the expression of keratin family(K8,K10,K14,K16,A E3) in pterygial epithelium .Methods Pterygial specimens were obtained from oper ation excisions of 8 primary pterygial patients and 4 normal conjunctiva were as control.All the specimens were cut into frozen sections after being stored at 80℃ within 2 weeks.Mouse antihuman monoclonal antibodies of K8,K10,K14,K16 and A E3 were used to detected the expression of keratin family.By using immunofluores cence staining,the expression of K8,K10,K14,K16 and AE3 were evaluated in the ep ithelial cells of pterygia and normal conjuctiva.ResultsThe staining pattern o f keratin family(K8,K10,K14,K16 and AE3)in epithelial cells of pterygia was diff erent from normal conjunctiva.No staining of K8,K10 and K16 were found in normal conjunctival epithelium,but the pterygial epithelium were stained by K8 and K1 6 in full thickness,K10 were expressed in some of the superficial cells.K14 and AE 3 were expressed in the base cells of normal conjunctival epithelium,however,the y were expressed in the full thickness in pterygial epithelium and the staining was much stronger than in normal conjunctival.ConclusionThe increasing express ion of K8,K10,K14,K16 and AE3 indicates that the epithelial cells in pterygia are in the state of h yperproliferation and keratinization.
